Virtual Bridge Services began during one of the most uncertain times in recent history
In 2020, when the world was forced to slow down, Jena, our founder and CEO, along with her partner Karl, found themselves navigating the challenges of a shifting economy. Traditional work became uncertain, and like many others, they looked for a way forward. That’s when freelancing entered the picture.
What started as a temporary solution turned into something transformational. Working from home unlocked a new level of focus and efficiency. More than that, it showed us what was possible when the right people were connected to the right opportunities, regardless of where they were in the world.
That’s when the idea for Virtual Bridge Services became clear.
In 2025, we launched the company with a single goal: to become a bridge. A bridge that connects businesses to high-performing remote professionals. A bridge that opens doors for skilled individuals looking for meaningful work. And a bridge that helps both sides grow, together.

With years of experience in financial services, I’ve worked with global companies, handling bookkeeping, financial analysis, and strategic planning. From my early days as a General Accountant at Accenture PH to becoming a Financial Controller in the UK’s Esports/Gaming sector, I’ve developed a strong passion for efficiency and business growth. Now, I’m turning that passion into a business—helping fellow freelancers find meaningful opportunities while providing businesses with top-tier virtual assistants. When I’m not working, I love traveling, meeting new people, and finding joy in organizing and planning.
